Club Training Sessions

Tuesdays at 6.45pm
Old Leo's Club, King Lane, Leeds LS17 5PR. 4-weekly cycle : 10 minute reps, track (at Carnegie 7:10pm), 6 minute reps, hills. All sessions suitable for all abilities (website explains why).

Thursdays at 6:45pm
Scott Hall Sports Centre, Harrogate Road, Leeds 7 Steady 7 or 8 miles at approx 9 minute miling

Sunday at 9:00am
2 hours steady (?!) generally mainly off road

  • West Yorks Cross Country

  • Peco Cross Country

  • Yorkshire Veterans

  • Relays: Bradford M. Way, Calderdale, Harrogate Ringway, Leeds Ctry Way

  • XC competition: Yorkshire, Northerns, occasionally Nationals
