Diss and District AC is a small friendly club. Diss and District AC train at the Diss Sports Ground on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 6.30pm - 8.pm. We welcome anyone over the age of 9 years regardless of ability. We cater for all track and field disciplines and road running. There is a club house with toilet and changing facilities, and refreshments available on club nights. Diss and District AC was established in 1952 by Reg Wright. Reg remained coaching at the club until his retirement in 2008. The club is now run under the leadership of Barry Palmer with Gordon Coe, Karen Hindle, Mark Gotts and assistant Jim Pursehouse.
