We split into groups according to ability, running or jogging varying distances and speeds. Our meeting point gives us access to the Grand Union canal and an extensive network of footpaths leading to Sarratt, Chipperfield & Rickmansworth among other places. Wednesday 7.15pm

Wednesdays attract a larger number of people, with many stopping for a drink after their run. We run a beginners walk/jog group on Wednesdays and we always make sure that everyone has someone to run with. During the winter months we run set routes around Abbots Langley, Bushey, Croxley and the Dome. In summer we use the extensive local footpath network (see Sunday).
