A running club based in Northwich and Winsford in Cheshire. Vale Royal AC Runners is a part of Vale Royal Athletics Club with a focus on road, cross-country, trail, fell and marathon running.

Club Training Sessions

Tuesdays at 6:45pm
Winter training meets at Rudheath Leisure Centre for a range of road sessions including hills and a number of road circuits. A supportive atmosphere. Suitable for all standards from expert to relative novice. You're welcome to come and try it! Ask for Tom. Summer sessions are at Knight's Grange Winsford for a mix of track and trail running.

Thursdays at 7pm
Meet at Knight's Grange for a range of training sessions including hills, track, tempo runs - plenty of variety. Check the website for details!
