Lordshill Road Runners

We are a friendly club with an ever increasing membership. We pride ourselves on encouraging runners at all levels. The club takes part in the Hampshire Road Race League, the summer and winter cross country leagues, and many of our runners run races all over the country and world!

Club Training Sessions

Mondays at 6:30pm
Bellemoor Gate, Southampton Common. All levels welcome to join one of the 4 or 5 groups for the scheduled training.

Tuesdays at 6:30pm
Oasis Academy, Lordshill. All levels welcome for the group training.

Thursday at 6:30pm
Oasis Academy, Lordshill. This is a social run normally split in to groups according to ability, we require that you are able to run 5 miles at least.
