We meet every week at the Athletics Track in Sandown at 6pm through term time (and some holidays).
There is a group for younger athletes meeting at 5pm – and an additional training session on Wednesday at the invitation of the coaches.
We are lucky enough to have excellent coaches in the club, covering throws, sprints, jumps and endurance running – but are always recruiting!
