Jog and run in an amazing place - with some great people! Don't worry if you are a beginner or have been running for a while, this regular meeting is for all running abilities and over a variety of distances. If your tired of your busy road slog, join us for stunning views surrounded by the sounds of nature! You'll be running with Jen who will lead the run, and lead a warm down at the end as well. Join us for every Sunday morning run with varying distances ranging from 3km up to 12km depending on demand.

Club Training Sessions

Sundays at 09:30am
After a dynamic warm up we take our run along the river wall of the Thames with views over the nature reserve and down into London. A wide variety of nature is seen on each run! With routes ranging from 3km up to 12km each week - this club really is for everyone. We finish with a cool down and a natter over well earned cup of tea in the visitor centre.
