We are a small, friendly running club based at theNorth Solihull Sports Centre track, Chelmsley Wood, near Birmingham.

We have members aged from 8 to 80 and cater for all levels of ability and experience, including newcomers to the sport.

Club Training Sessions

Tuesdays at 7:00pm
Main club night and structured session. Track work, Fartlek etc. Also some groups go out for a steady road run.

Thursdays at 7:00pm
Pace group night. Members split into pace groups for a lead run, either on road (Winter) or trails (Summer)

Sunday mornings
A group of members will normally meet in Coleshill for a long Sunday Run.
