We are a well established club on the border of Beds and Bucks. The club caters for athletes aged 9 and upwards and compete in Track & Field, Cross-country and Road running.

Club Training Sessions

Monday at 7:30pm
Speed session. usually starting from Tiddenfoot Leisure Centre, but best to check the website for details. Session is suitable for motivated athletes over the age of 14.

Tuesday at 7pm
Beginners and Improvers. If you are new to running this session is tailored each week to the people who are there. If you run at 10mpm or over then this session is probably for you.

Wednesday at 7:30pm
Social Run. For those who can run 4-5 miles fairly comfortably. The leading runners loop around during the run to keep everyone in a rough group.
