Excellent, long-established club. Top-class men's and women's track and field teams. Ages: from 10 upwards. Competitive road and cross-country sections.

We are based at the Ashton Playing Fields Track, which is half a mile from Woodford Station on the Central Line.

Club Training Sessions

Tuesdays 6-8 pm.
Various sessions with various coaches. Ashton Playing Fields in Chigwell Road, and other bases.

Thursdays 6-8pm
Depends on speciality interest.
