We cater for ALL ABILITIES from absolute beginners to sub seven minute milers. We run road,cross-country, fell, multi terrain. We meet 6.45pm Tues & Thurs at the Moutbatten Centre in Portsmouth

several groups during the morning from different venues. 5 miles to 15 miles on and off road.
