Hastings Athletic Club is open to all age groups from 9 upwards, who are keen to participate in or help in all areas of the sport. All aspects of the sport are contested, T & F, Road Running and Cross Country and regularly enter teams in all these competitions and disciplines from u13 up. and give us a try in a very friendly atmosphere.
