Bedford & County AC caters for athletes of both sexes and all ages. The club competes in Track and Field, Cross Country Leagues and road races and relays. The Senior men's team compete in the British Athletics League and are recent winners of the Southern Cross Country Championships and National Cross Country Relays in 2008 & 2009. The Senior women compete in the UK Womens Athletics League. The club run senior teams in all major regional and national competitions. Our youngsters compete in the National Young Athletes League and in all national and regional cross country and road relay competitions. All sections of the club compete in the Chiltern cross country. We have a thriving young athletes section that kicks off with our Bedford Beagles club for the under 11's and "passport" an introduction to track and field athletics for the over 11's contact us for details. |
