Club covers Athletics, Cross Country and Road Running. Coaching groups start from 8 yrs and up, including all disciplines track, field and road. Modern facilities, with further plans to improve these.

Club Training Sessions

Tuesdays at 6.00pm
This is the big night of the week at the Thurrock Stadium. Groups of all ages (incl. joggers) on field, track, road. Other training groups covering a wide range of events

Thursdays at 6:15pm
Specific training group for 8-11 yr olds. 7pm beginners and improvers distance group. Other groups are also available
