The Club was formed in April 2002 through the merger of Rugby & District Athletic Club and Northampton Phoenix Athletic Club, two clubs with long and proud histories dating back more than a century.

The Club is one of the leading clubs in the UK, competing in national & regional T&F and CC leagues.

The Club has numerous international athletes, including Jo Jennings, Steve Phillips, Emma Merry and Ellena Ruddock.

Club Training Sessions

Tuesdays from 6.00pm
6.00pm to 7.00pm for 8-11 year olds. 6.30pm to 7.30pm 11-15 year olds. 7.00pm to 8.30pm, Seniors

Thursdays at 6.00pm
6.00pm to 7.00pm for 8-11 year olds. 6.30pm to 7.30pm for 11-15 year olds. 7.00pm to 8.30pm for Seniors
