Local friendly running club - all standards catered for. Competing in road races and cross-country. Good mix of male and female members.

Our training sessions are held at and around the clubs base at Sutton Arena, just off Middleton Road in Carshalton. The sessions are held every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7:00pm and are open to all.

Club Training Sessions

Tuesdays at 7pm
Meet at Sutton Arena Leisure Centre for either road reps, hill work or track work.

Thursday at 7pm
Meet at Sutton Arena Leisure Centre for a 5 - 6 mile run.

Sunday 8.30
Long run at varied paces dependant on ability, consisting of 10-12 miles. Meet at Carshalton ponds, in the car park opposite the Co-Op Store.
