Founded in 1988. A jogging club to start with but we have progressed in recent years. We have a thriving Junior Section and along with the Senior and Veteran members compete in various Track & Field Leagues and the Essex Cross Country League. We still have a lot of members who growing Rambling Section

Summer - Hainault Forest - Off Road - mostly hills Winter - Wood Lane - Road Training - all distances
