We are a small friendly club, catering for both juniors and seniors whatever their ability. We encourage participation in road racing, cross country and track and field events. Our aim is to promote goodwill amongst our athletes and ensure that all members are made to feel welcome. We are always keen to see new faces. Just turn up at one of our training sessions.

Club Training Sessions

Monday 6.00pm
Junior training - track at Amman Valley school - age 9+ Ladies run on road - gentle session - beginners welcome

Wednesday 6pm
Junior training - track at Amman Valley school - age 9+ Ladies run on road - gentle session - beginners welcome

Thursday 6.45pm
Road run from Amman Valley Swimming Pool, both male and female. Suit runners who can run at least 10km.
