Shildon Running and Athletic Club was formed in 1986 and since the beginning of the new millennium has been based at the Stadium 2000 on Middridge Lane in Shildon. The Club is open to anyone from the age of 8 upwards.

Club Training Sessions

Mondays 6pm to 8pm
Middle Distance, Sprints, Jumps & Throws at the Stadium 2000

Wednesday 6pm to 8pm
Middle Distance, Sprints, Jumps & Throws, also U11's group at the Stadium 2000 (Free try-out session for potential members)

Friday 6pm to 8pm
Seniors Group at the Stadium 2000
