County Antrim Harriers are Northern Ireland's oldest club, having been established in 1895. Originally for many years Belfast based, the club has now relocated to a more natural base at Ballyclare & Ballyearl, in the Newtownabbey area . The club is family orientated and is a friendly abilities, and membership is non discriminatory.

Club Training Sessions

Mondays at 7pm sharp
Road runs from the Sixmile Leisure Centre, Ballyclare, with distances to suit all abilities. Speedwork for the more competitive athlete.

Wednesdays at 7pm sh
Training from the Sixmile Leisure Centre, either road or speedwork, and occasionaly forest trail runs

Thursdays at 6.30
Training from Ballyearl Leisure Centre, either road, hill runs or speedwork
