Club Training Sessions

Tuesday 7.0 pm
From Heswall Squash Club by the Devon Doorway. Either 7 miles fast running or 5-6 miles easy running.

Friday 7.0 pm
From Heswall Squash Club by the Devon Doorway. 5-8 miles easy running with opportunities to do extra sprints and hill-climbs. Summer is tracks, footpaths and beach. Winter is more hills.

Sunday 9.0 am
From Thurstaston Hill car park. 7 miles entirely off-road with a beach section. Opportunity to extend this to 9 or 10 miles.
