Club Training Sessions

Tuesdays - 7.00pm
Training starts at 7.00pm meeting at the athletics track. Individual groups chose the location of their training (depending on the time in the season, road running, track training etc). Each group has an allocated area to train near on the track.
The track is closed to the public during these sessions.

Thursdays - 7.00pm
Training starts at 7.00pm meeting at the athletics track. Individual groups chose the location of their training (depending on the time in the season, road running, track training etc). Each group has an allocated area to train near on the track.
The track is closed to the public during these sessions.

Sundays - 10am
Training starts at 10.00am meeting at the athletics track. Due to competitions clashing many times during the Track season not many athletes are able to train, however the track is still open for those who are not.
The track is closed to the public during these sessions.
