we are a growing club that has an open door policy the ages go from 8 upwards we have an athletic group which train on a tuesday and a road running group that train on a thursday there is also a small group which train on the beach on a tuesday we welcome anyone and everyone irrespective of their abilities just as long as they are willing to participate!
