You are welcome to join and just turn up whenever you can. We meet every Tuesday outside Shortwave bar in Bermondsey Square, we meet at 7 to drop off bags off in Shortwave (it is safe) then leave at 7.15pm, it's best to change before if you can and to arrive at 7. We normally have about 70 people turn up each week and we all run the same circuit... http://www.mapmyrun.com/route/gb/camberwell/118127747569327649 As a general rule, as long as you can run without stopping for at least 25 minutes then you should be fine, lots of people join to train for 10ks/half marathons/marathons. We split it into three groups...
Beginner (that do 10k in over an hour if racing)
Intermediate (that do 10k in about an hour or less)
Advanced (that do 10k in under 45 mins)
