A local club in Newport. We have about 60 members of all abilities. We participate in Cross County, Road, Fell and Track events.

Club Training Sessions

Wednesday 6:30pm
Spytty Park Tennis Centre. Road runs in town in the winter, in the country in the summer. Intervals and tracks sessions.

Tuesday 7pm
In winter Newport Civic centre typically 10k or 8 miles. In summer at 14 locks, Rogerstone for various routes all abut 10k.

Sunday 9am
Sainsbury's Car Park in central Newport (by the castle)
