Jelly Legs provides everyone with the opportunity to get active and begin walking and running for fun and fitness. We provide a welcoming, social, non-competitive environment in which people of any fitness level, age, size or ability have the opportunity to run together to improve their health, fitness and confidence. People who have joined the group have found it a life changing experience, either assisting them to lose weight, become more toned, fight depression, gain confidence or just feel good about themselves again.
