Club Training Sessions

Thursdays at 6.45pm
General Running: Run with others of your standard,from beginner to race training. And a beginners/improvers running Group: The purpose of this group is to help new runners run more efficiently and easier, as a result, running feels far more enjoyable. Runners gain in confidence as their ability to run improves and they are then able to integrate into the main running group.

Saturdays 10 to 12am
Structured training sessions are available at the Brickfields running track, Devonport, Plymouth. This is not only for all members of the Plymouth Musketeers running club, but for any member of a club that is part of the Armada Athletic Forum.
