A Road and Cross Country club for all abilities based at Don Valley Stadium in Sheffield.

Club Training Sessions

Tuesday at 6.00pm
1 hour+ run with a number of groups ranging from 6-7 min mile pace to 9-10 min mile pace

Thursday at 6.00pm
Interval/repetition training session all abilities

Sunday at 10.30am
Pack run from different venues each week around the city of Sheffield
